Chilled Semen Shipping Form
Collection & Preparation Fees
The charge for semen collection, evaluation, centrifugation, extender preparation, and packaging is $250.00; shipping is not included in this fee. Shipping charges are determined once Subzero has received the destination address and the shipping method has been selected (Priority Overnight or First Priority). The destination reproduction facility may be able to recommend the preferred selection.

When Subzero Canine Reproduction prepares a shipping label, the bitch and stud owners acknowledge and agree that once the shipping label has been approved and the Subzero team has delivered the shipment to the local FedEx facility, the shipment's transit times are solely the responsibility of FedEx. Subzero Canine Reproduction has no control over carrier delays, missed delivery commitments, weather-related interruptions, mechanical failures, routing errors, or any other shipping-related issues once the package has been accepted by FedEx. Should the shipment fail to arrive within the es/mated delivery window indicated on the shipping label, the stud and bitch owner agrees to contact FedEx directly regarding shipment status, delivery issues, and/or the filing of any shipping claims. Subzero Canine Reproduction shall not be held responsible for delays or delivery failures occurring after the shipment has been accepted by the carrier.
